Nobody keeps the 2nd and 3rd dammed up like they used to be. Some diligent rock stacking could easily raise the water level by at least a foot.
I'm going to guess that number 3 is down below the Railroad Station.
And I'm thinking the last one might be the reservoir behind Dutch Pantry. It's a tricky angle, if you would have taken the picture farther to the right, it would be easier to tell, for sure
