Here's one for you. Make a meatloaf with your favorite recipe and let it set after it's cooked until it's warm. Set aside and mix up a batch of mashed potatoes (or instant). Cut the meatload in half and 'icing' it like you would a cake with the potatoes. Put the top back on it and spread the rest of the potaotes over it. Add a little salt and pepper and Voila! You have your meat and potatoes in one serving. It's really tasty.
