James McMurtry isn't somebody you hear on the radio every day, maybe that's why I like him. Not really rock or country...I guess they call it Texas Rock.

I never heard james mcmurty,but my new favorite is james blunt,something about his music reminds me of something but I don't know what yet.I really like him though.

James McMurtry-don't know his music well enough to comment, but after watching that video, he reminds me of someone I saw singing karaoke down at the Bellamauro last year.
James Blunt- definately original, but I have this strange feeling that his real voice sounds like Wolfman Jack, and that he only sings high pitched like that cause the chicks obviously dig it.
