Ok, I decided to make a meatloaf today. 1 lb ground chuck 1/2 lb ground pork 1/2 lb ground bacon finely minced onion minced garlic white & black flavor crystals (salt & pepper) chipotle powder bread crumbs 1 egg beaten Worcestershire sauce Franks hot sauce I put it into the smoker with maple wood smoke for 1 hour @ 220 degrees. After smoking I continued to cook for about two more hours, till the internal temp measured 165 degrees. I then glazed with homemade raspberry/chipotle bbq sauce and served with mashed taters and veg.
