Falls Creek was a force in the Federation Baseball League for many years.
Back in the glory days they won the league championship at least 3 years in a row, '67 - '69.....maybe more.
Kramer was usually their nemesis....some other teams of that era were Troutville, Benezette, Shaffer Siding.

Don't forget the girls softball team! They went undefeated for awhile too.

Oh mr admin there was Hormtown, Mahaffy, Rockton, sykesville, Pulaski, and others that drifted in and out, but you are right, Falls Creek was the team to beat that is for sure.

And some of the fields.....oh my! Kramer was nothing but a hillside rock garden. uphill to 1B....downhill to 2B.
Rockton....glad I never played right field....tough going back...up the hill....on a fly ball....but you could run in...downhill....pretty quickly...if you didn't trip on a tree root and fall.... ;D
And Benezette, where the sun went behind the hill and it started getting dark about 7:00 pm.... ;D
