Wild Turkey Fingers

1 Wild Turkey breast or 2 chicken breast
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
2 Eggs
Your favorite hot sauce,barbecue sauce
1 Lg. ziplock bag

Slice Turkey/ chicken breast into 1/4 slices.
Wisk corn starch and eggs into a Fairly thick batter.
Coat slices with batter and fry in 1/4 of your favorite oil.
Put cooked turkey/chicken in ziplock bag add some of your favorite sauce and shake to coat.

A great way to cook wild turkey breast.
