As with most of my "recipes", there really isn't a recipe. But I can give you a rough idea of how I make it... It's all about the cheese, I use at least 3 kind. My favorite would be Cooper Sharp, from Palumbo's, Sharp Cheddar, and Velveeta. I cook the Macaroni, then put a layer in the bottom of a deep casserole dish topped with a generous layer of the three cheeses. Another layer of Macaroni, topped with another layer of the three cheeses, followed by another layer. The last layer of cheese is the thickest. Got to have at least three layers, use a deep casserole. Then I add some milk, poured along the side of the dish until it is about 2/3 to 3/4 full. Bake at 300 to 325 until done...maybe 45 minutes to an hour. Sorry, that's as close to a recipe as I have. I'd only be guessing as to quantities, guess it depends on the size of the casserole dish.. ;D It might not be perfect on your first try, but you'll know how to adjust for your taste the second time around. You can vary the cheeses, but that Cooper Sharp is the key, it melts so well and is really creamy and smooth. Palumbo's is the only place I've found that carries it anymore. Good luck..

Last time a little fairy visited you it was a female at the zoo and we didn't see you for 3 weeks. You came out of the zoo a depleted young bearded man. Shame...o my...shame....
