I started this site, but without good members it will never amount to much. I started with a simple format and I'm always open to suggestions. My goal is a site where the members feel at home, and without your input that will be hard to achieve. Hang out for a while and if you see something that we need, throw the idea out here for discussion.....  |

Sounds like a good idea, but unless we can lure all the lurkers into the site, it'll be a small gathering. I see lots of guests on here all the time but few are signing up. Must be scared...  ;D |

I believe there's already a group from FC that meets once a year in the fall for dinner. Check it out with Bloodshotkoofoo32. He usually attends them from what I understand.

It really doesn't matter the date to me, late summer early fall is cool. I am like the kid throwing stones at the windows with my buddies. I throw them, break them, it was my idea, but I got no game!!! I live about 90 miles from there and besides visiting my dad and the administrator at times, I really don't come back that much and don't know anybody or where anything is at. My wife and I would really like to attend though. My wife used to have a beauty shop right in the area where Jimmy D'Carlos used to be and she might know some of her old customers....who knows. How 'bout it lurkers or people involved in the area? The old school parking lot would be a great place for a pig roast/family picnic, or perhaps the playground with someones permission....  ? |

Like I said earlier, we need to get some more people active here, or the gathering will be quite small, my front porch would handle all we have now. We had a flurry of sign ups in the first couple days, but nothing since. And even quite a few who signed up are either silent, absent, or both. I know we live in a backward little town, but I thought we'd attract a little more interest. We have from 12-15 guests every day, but no participants. Time will tell, but I always thought word traveled fast in a small town....... ;D |

I think it's safe to say we could plan something now.the humane socity has a place also the eagles has a yard nowI think it'll take awhile for people to make plans,so maybe we could throw a date out there and see what happens.I'd vote for aug.29 or 30 my self of course I have other weekends free.Whats your vote brucie2000?

ok ok lets just pick a weekend show up at the school pull out are coolers of beer and charcoal grills, eat, drink, catch up on old times go to the pines start a fire, break into the old school and all fall asleep in the hallways

The old school is privately owned don't thing it would be a good idea to break in they live there in the second grade room. Has a new roof and windows, what I hear is there going to turn it in to a dance studio.
