Hi! Glad you found your way here. I'm a Falls Creek native, never had an address that wasn't Falls Creek in my 54 years. Hope I have something to offer to the board. Funny, I used to know a lot of old timers, when I was younger, and listened to their tales for hours on end. Sadly most of them are gone and people my age are now the old timers, whether we want to be, or not....

Mr. Administrator......Hrrrumph You are older than dirt dude!!! Nice photo of the old school. a challange for the masses. Can you name the year the school started, all the faculty and the grades they taught, and what year did this fine facility of my youth quit operating. From my memories: Kindgarten--Mrs Sinclair Grade 1--Mrs McClelland Grade 2--Mrs Shupinis Grade 3--Mrs Ankeny Grade 4--Mrs Showers (my favorite teacher) Grade 5--Ms Smith Grade 6--Mr Gordon wesley Tomb (Also a favorite)
Any body know of any others beside Mr. Gusheroski, please post!!!

Anybody find out when the old school first opened and when the last year of operation? Good memories running up and down the terraces and playing softball on the coal cinders harry winters threw out after he cleaned out the furnace....

I locked this thread and copied and pasted it, in it's own thread, on the History Talk board. It should get some more attention there.
