Where is everybody at these days? Me? I've never left for more than a 2 week vacation, still living in Falls Creek.
I'm sure some of you are living in much more interesting places, it would be nice to know where all the Falls Creekians have settled.

Linda Elnitsky Wilson, after residing in Falls Creek for 33 years, moved to Toledo in 1988 , when several other families from Brockway Glass, did the same. After 2 1/2 years relocated again to Solon, Ohio. Then in 2002 moved here to Broadview Heights, Ohio . Aprox 30 minutes from Cleveland. Though I miss the small town of Falls Creek, it has been a great decision .:-)

Only made it an hour away. I've been living in Philipsburg for 20 years. I work in State College for Nittany Bank. Love the college town atmosphere!

Married to Bill Blake, we have made it as far as Rimini, Italy, Midwest City, Okla., Ramstein, Germany and currently Somerset, Pa. Bill was in the Air Force for many years. We settled here when he joined the DOC, but not being paid for his services at the moment! Thank-you Uncle Ed. Anyway, Bill misses his glory days of baseball and good old Falls Creek B-ball. He was also a former Wildcat.

We moved from the Crystal City in 1990 to the big time (DuBois). Got tired of hearing the siren from the First Ward Hose Company, so we moved out of hearing range, to Erie, PA in 1992! Sometimes if I listen closely, around 6pm on Monday nights, I still think I can hear them wailing! Happy to be here in the frosty north, but long at times for the smell of creosote and the sound of St. Bernard's bells in the evening.

Funny how different people remember different things. Creosote isn't usually a fond memory, although the place has gone a while without blowing up now... My memory of St Bernard's bells, from when I lived on Main St, was always hearing then ring at 6:00 am on so many summer mornings when I really didn't want to wake up that early. Heck, back in those days 6:00 am was 5 hours before the crack of dawn..... ;D ;D
