Now for the million dollar question. Was that the last class @ Falls Creek? Surely some one should know. This had to be near the last class. I graduated from DAHS in 72' and I thought that the school was closed..........could be wrong. Tommy Pringle was a fishing bud of mine.

I have not seen Tom since I visited him in Cali back in the 80's. Not sure what year the school was closed.

Well, there you have it. Last 6th grade class was in 71. Now was the entire school closed then? If I was in that steller class, I would try to seek out my peers and have a 71' sixth grade class reunion. How cool would that be!!??!!

Hi There! Shirley Davis here - I went to Falls Creek Elementary for Kindergarten in the fall of 1972 and 1st grade in 1973. Halfway through 1st we moved to WVa., and I don't know what happened to the school after that. My sister Cheri would have been in fourth or fifth grade in 1972 there also.

shirley this is buddy you moved to w.v in 75 or 76 i grad. in 74 and you were still in falls creek

there is 6 of us and we will be coming to this great site, lol. we moved in 1974 to W.Va. We put the doublewide in in early 1973 and didn't even live ther a year and my dad got transfered. Got pics somewhere of shiner young doing the foundation and all the mud we had to go through.
